  • Subscription/Retainer Plans: Monthly retainers or subscription-based services may be canceled with written notice, but payments for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled before work begins, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Service Failure: If we fail to deliver agreed-upon services due to our error, a prorated refund may be provided.

  • Duplicate Payments: Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded in full upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed work (e.g., delivered ad creatives, published content, executed campaigns).

  • Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions, licensing fees).

  • Services explicitly marked “non-refundable” in your contract.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Submit a written request via email to billing@alicepixelllc.com within 7 days of the issue.

  • Include:

    • Your name/company details.

    • Invoice/project number.

    • Reason for the refund request.

  • We will review and respond within 10 business days.

5. Approved Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 business days of approval.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action to recover fees.

  • We encourage open communication to resolve issues before escalating to payment providers.
